RRP Brand Manager

 

What this role is about?

 

This exciting position will be part of a fast paced environment, requires a passionate hands-on Ploom Brand Manager, to establish and nurture the Ploom brand and its ultimate perception by all target consumer groups. The role considers the creation and bringing to life brand and portfolio strategy in accordance with JTI Global and Local management priorities, including orchestration of NPD processes, planning and execution of activation and communication campaigns, internal engagement, KPI and competitors monitoring. This position reports to the RRP Lead Saudi+.

 

 

 

What will you do

 

  • Work closely with SI and external agencies to capture the latest and the most relevant consumer insights and build a comprehensive consumer profile, that includes behavior, motivation, preferences, category drivers and barriers. Leverage the insights to embed them into brand strategy and communication
  • Develop brand strategy in accordance with HQ and Local Management directions, formulate brand objectives and actionable plan to achieve them. Analyze market performance, brand KPIs, competitors' actions and latest trends to update strategic course and proactively address new business opportunities
  • Take ownership over portfolio strategy and product eco-system. Formulate launch calendar and ensure timely actions for product development initiatives through the PLM system in cooperation with GSC, R&D and GRRP teams: new product development, limited edition packs, packaging communications and cost/delivery efficiency improvements
  • Build brand communication and activation plan, ensuring all activities support brand equity building and contribute to the overall brand objective. Develop consumer and customer-facing brand and product communication and educational materials in line with Local legal regulations and Global JTI guidelines
  • Plan, manage and control the usage of budgets and other resources allocated for RRP Brand development. Ensure we don't exceed the allocated budget and resources for each project across the year

 

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills, high presentation skills, active team player, structured thinker with excellent analytical skills
  • Self-disciplined, organized, result-oriented, willing to take responsibility, work independently and under time pressure
  • Ability to adapt easily and rapidly to any changes and to be at ease with working in a dynamic and complex environment, ability to cope with multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of local culture
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
