Logistics Associate

You will ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability by coordinating shipments and deliveries in line with sales demand. You will work closely with Customer Service (GBS), sourcing factories, Global Planning, and Finance.

Position:

The Logistics Associate will be responsible for: 

Demand/Sales Forecasting and Customers Orders

• Prepare, review & align on monthly basis on RSF(18 months Sales forecast) for uploading to IBP platform. Ensure market demand is reflected in the production plans.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure orders are placed on time and as per the Shipment/Delivery plan. Follow up with Customer Service and factories to secure productions and shipments.

FG Shipments and Tax Stamp Management

• Monitor shipments with Customer Service, track delivery status, manage freight efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee availability, forecasting, ordering, tracking, and reconciliation of tax stamps to support production continuity.

• Follow up on reported Quality issues and Customer complaints, and share with the Customer/Tax Stamp supplier when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain&Logistics or Business Administration or related field
• At least 3-5 years in a similar role (Supply Chain and/or Logistics). Multinational experience, especially in FMCG companies, is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced level of Excel
