The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for integrating physical and digital experiences to create seamless, engaging, and innovative customer journeys. The Digital  Marketing Lead will develop and execute digital strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with our M&S pillars, and ensure the organization stays at the forefront of digital transformation.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that integrate physical and digital touchpoints and consumer experiences.Identify opportunities to blend online and offline experiences to drive brand equity, consumer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead the development of the Digital Consumer Experience strategy across both RRP and RMC to significantly grow JTI brands awareness, consumer acquisition and retention
  • Feed digital requirements into the brand thinking, applying clear objectives and strategic requirements to ensure short- and long-term success
  • Lead the team to analyze consumer behavior and trends to design personalized, seamless digital journeys. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives, using customer data and analytics to optimize campaigns, events and experiences.Use data insights to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the consumer journey, making real-time adjustments where necessary
  • Ensure consistency between online and offline brand experiences to maintain a cohesive customer journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives.Work collaboratively and cross fucntionally with the brand managers and business development team to secure the successful implementation of the front-end and back-end digital experience, ensuring the implementation of effective digital Marketing and e-CRM strategies, value-driven e-commerce experiences and analytics capabilities
  • Drive the engagement with third-party vendors, tech partners, and other external stakeholders to bring cutting-edge innovations into the phygital space

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, both on the agency and corporate side
  • Proven track record of driving digital strategy and ad hoc projects in a regulatory restricted environment, including the design, development and launch of successful digital Marketing, e-commerce, and advanced analytics solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Solid understanding of consumer needs, business goals and competitive pressures and
  • the ability to convert those into solution requirements and priorities
  • Deep knowledge and strong experience in the field of Digital Marketing, business
  • intelligence and e-commerce
  • Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
