WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

Implementing a strategic plan in trade and field marketing within regions and selected areas with the goal of driving engagement and marketing qualified leads to our sales partners and in line with company strategy.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Strategy Implementation
- Design, develop, and implement innovative channel programs that drive sales results to ensure leads volume & quality from channel sales partners
- Identifying ways to drive customer engagement through traditional and digital marketing way 
- Collecting and maintaining new information, competitors' activities, merchandising/POSM activities, and proposed innovative and/or cut-through solutions to Trade Engagement & Merchandising for cohesive in trade understanding and solutions development

 

Control & Monitoring
- Manage metrics and reporting processes related to all trade / channel programs and provide actionable recommendations
- Responsible for effectively increasing engagement and sales with our channel partners through channel development program
- Consolidating regional operational plan align with GDP strategy to propose relevant recommendations

 

Relationship Management
- Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure POSM meet brand objective with required standards and delivered timely in its highest quality
- Manage 3rd party agency in relation with trade program implementation
 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and or channel management area, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Functional skills: Marketing knowledge, Digital marketing, Customer value and engagement, Business process
