This position will be support all talent management activities in people and culture organization. through employees data management. She/he need to drive all specturms of performance management process in the company, as part of managing the employees database for talent and company's benchstrenghts.


Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree from human resource or related business degree

- Minumum 4 years experience in a human resource capacity from any industry, preferably HR generalist/ HR Business Partner from FMCG or mutinational companies. Willingness to develop a long term career in tobacco industry

- Have passion for continious process improvements within the departement. Strong interpersonal skills, having constantly positive attitude, and high maturity in dealing with ambiguity

Demonstrated ability to prioritize amongst multiple tasks, reliable in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters

Highly organized and self-motivated. Enjos working with people from multicultural background

- Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse population of employees

- Experience of leading, coordinationg and monitoring projects.
