Portfolio & Activation Manager

To develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The Digital Marketer will demonstrate data-driven insights, digital platforms, and creative content to optimize performance across paid, owned, and earned media. This role plays a key part in aligning digital efforts with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent brand presence and measurable impact across all digital touchpoints.

 

As the Portfolio & Activation Manager, you will lead:

  • Digital Campaign Execution:
    • Plan and drive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and Display Networks.
    • Setting campaign objectives, targeting audiences, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics: 
    • Monitoring critical metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Data Studio to derive actionable insights.

    • A/B testing creatives and landing pages to continuously optimize ad performance.

  • Content & Social Media Strategy: 
    • Developing and implementing content calendars, aligning messaging with brand voice and campaign goals.
    • Managing daily engagement and community management across platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: 
    • Worked closely with the portfolio team, IT, and agencies to align digital marketing with business goals.

    • Participated in campaign planning, performance reviews, and creative briefing processes.

  • CRM & E-Commerce:
    • Worked closely with agencies and enablers (if needed).
  • People management:
    • Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • A graduate with a University or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and implementing digital campaigns, leading social media, optimizing performance through analytics, and driving engagement between the brand and consumers across online platforms.

  • Skilled in owned, earned, and paid media, with confirmed cross-functional collaboration to support brand growth.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

  • Strong marketing skills, understanding of the business objectives and processes.

  • An analytical approach with the ability to create and implement data analytics roadmaps.

  • Extensive capability in: Digital Advertising, Digital Activation, Social Media Marketing.

  • Decent knowledge of: CRM, E-Commerce.
