Job Descriptions:

 

Expats' housing management:

  • House Search: Provide assistance as an effective mediator between expats and appointed real estate agent to conduct house hunting. Manage end-to-end process, from initiating the house survey process to the expat, identifying any loophole in the process be it at JTI Expats side, JTI HR side or real estate agent side, until facilitating the mutual signing of agreement (PT JTI Indonesia and Landlord) as a closure.Settling in (post-housing selection): Making sure the housing-related agreement is being carried out properly, including (1) proactively checking up with the expat to ensure a smooth onboarding to the residence, (2) proactively communicate with higher HR Management in case of discrepancies identified, as well as get update, give update, escalate problems or obtain decisions about assignee's housing issues. (3) Follow up closely with landlord or the residence's building management to solve any issues, timely and with high quality of deliverables.

Expat administration related Payment & Administrative duties:

  • Prepare and process payments end to end with high quality and timeliness, with minimal follow up from Manager or Expatriates themselves, all payment regarding Expat administration, including: Payment to Real Estate Agent, Expat Formalities Agent, Expat's children's schools, Expat Relocation Agent (for arrival and departure assistance). Assist expats in applying new local bank accounts.

 

Expat Acquisition:

  • Execute end-to -end process of obtaining expat's work permit (WP) from local authorities, from planning, maintaining, registering changes of residential or personal data, up to termination of work permit etc. Monitor closely the progress to ensure a punctual turnaround time. At the same time, maintain vendor relations with the appointed agent in order to have smooth but compliant process, and liaise with the respective expat in order to meet submission deadlines to the local authorities. As mandated by local law, ensure the expatriate have defined the materials/ knowledge that they will transfer to the local employee, as well as the timeline in place. Monitor WP related execution, evaluate the results, review the areas of improvement (including reviewing agent's performance), ensuring better deliverables in the next round based on feedback observed or received.
