Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Finance area or equivalent in FMCG or tobacco industry
  • Prior experience in demand planning and forecasting in consumer goods industry
  • Proven skills of Data Analytics, Market Research, Market Metrics, Marketing RoI, Market Competitiveness Advantage, and Business Process
  • Good command of spoken and written English

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the S&OP process for market, aligning with Marketing, Sales & Finance for the rolling 12-18 months forecast of the Market by using inventory levels, production speed, and product demand information. This role will also be responsible for effectively coordinating the communication between Marketing & Sales and Global Supply Chain in pursuit of managing national inventory level at target DIO and minimizing write-off over the planning period
  • Manage, drive & ensure availability of the short to medium-term demand forecast ensuring the highest possible level of accuracy by collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Finance to ensure full understanding of operational volume requirements including but not limited to all volume scenarios and sensitivities. 
  • Monitor and manage national FG inventory (DIO) by Area Office and DC's to ensure product availability and avoid out of stock situation and minimize potential bad stock and write off.
  • Update weekly inventory planning file (with 8 weeks horizon) to closely monitor the weekly volume performance and share with M&S and the factory.
  • Act as a single point of contact for product ordering for production by working side by side with management, logistics, GSC manufacturing services and sales teams by collecting and analyzing data from all reliable sources focusing on potential market demands to provide a balanced plan based on specific requirements
  • Monitor the Market's Tax Stamps planning, ordering, and inventory to ensure the accuracy of FCF planning and transition of tax stamp year changes
  • Regularly check with GSC for NTM inventory position, age of expiration and ordering plan not limited for existing products but also monitor the NTM ordering lead time and progress for NPD products
  • Prepare and load webtool monthly submission of rolling 18months forecast based on alignment with Market team.
  • Manage the loading of IVCP volume and SPFG inventory balance for ASP, LE and SPC with strong collaboration with FP&A team.
  • Work closely with Brand Team for Brand Portfolio Collection submission and PLM process.
