  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience consumer activation, brand and consumer engagement area in FMCG or tobacco industry
  • Commercial acumen and strong understanding of Indonesia’s consumer behavior
  • Prior experience in creating consumer activation strategy based on consumer segmentation, brand direction, latest trend and competitor activity
  • Experience in managing marketing database, social media or display advertising campaigns;
  • Good command of spoken and written English




  • Support brand marketing in developing 360-degree consumer journey and creating experience which align with brand imageries and be accountable to develop consumer engagement strategy and plan as well as guide and monitor the execution. The job scope covers on ground activities, digital and other media activities.
  • Develop brand activation plan as a support for brand launch or current SKU
  • Coordinate with Trade team in developing consumer activation tool box and Field Marketing team for implementation phase
  • Develop direct team member as part of agile team
