Position Description:

The incumbent will be working closely with the Head of Brand to generate strategies that grow marketshare and brand's reputation, improve customer engagement and drive growth to the business. He / She will also be working very closely in the development of new products for the brand.

 

Requirements:

  1. High standard of university degree (required) and MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable)
  2. Over 5 years relevant experience in multinational FMCG marketing and sales functions
  3. Both global & regional (in-market) experience (desirable).
  4. Good understanding of full marketing mix.
  5. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  6. Highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
  7. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  8. Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  9. Good understanding of operational constraints and strong executional reflex.  
  10. Appreciation of legislation / taxation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry
  11. Has strong agency and project management skills
  12. Advanced communication and inerpersonal skills. Team player
