Trade Activation Associate - Johannesburg 

The Trade Activation Associate plays a key role in bringing our brands to life across the South Africa+ cluster, turning strategic plans into impactful in-market execution. This role thrives at the intersection of creativity, precision, and compliance, navigating a dynamic legislative landscape to deliver high-quality activation tools on time. Success depends on strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external partners to ensure every initiative is aligned and flawlessly executed.

Position:

• Manage end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of trade activation activities across assigned markets.
  
  
• Oversee agency and supplier relationships, timelines, and annual performance assessments.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand strategies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.
  
  
• Manage allocated budgets, ensure financial compliance, and track monthly expenditures.
  
  
• Conduct industry benchmarking through regular market visits to drive continuous improvement.
  
  
• Lead end-to-end warehouse management, unitary implementation, and visibility material deployment.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years FMCG experience, including cross-functional project management.
  
  
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus strong budget management ability.
  
  
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
