Commercial Planning Associate: Digital & Data

Join us as a Commercial Planning Associate, where you will turn business needs into impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will help drive data-driven decision-making by ensuring high-quality data, building insightful reporting, and supporting the continuous improvement of our commercial systems and processes.

Position:

As a Commercial Planning Associate, you will:

• Maintain and continuously improve CRM and Business Intelligence systems to deliver accurate and actionable insights
• Deliver KPIs, reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
• Manage and validate sales data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Develop and improve Power BI reporting and analytics solutions
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities to optimize sales processes through digital tools and applications
• Coordinate system updates, support user testing, and ensure smooth implementation of changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, providing guidance and promoting best practices in data and reporting
• Support the continuous improvement of data flows and reporting structures to strengthen overall data quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and strong IT skills (e.g., CRM systems, data management, dashboards, reporting tools)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Fluency in English
