TRADE & FIELD MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Translate trade marketing strategy into field implementation plan which encompass providing the right business process, guiding field team during the implementation, conducting regular monitoring, and providing analysis & insights for future program development.  

As the Trade & Field Marketing Associate, you will do:

• Trade Business Process:
  • Develop business process related with trade program implementation.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders in defining the right business process.
  • Ensure field team or external party comply with JTI business process.                                          
• Understanding Merchandising Principles:
  • Provide ideas on type of merchandising materials in line with brand drive/trade projects.
  • Align with brand/legal/CA team in developing communication visual.
  • Responsible for end to end merchandising implementation.
• Trade Marketing:
  • Guide field team to ensure timely & effective implementation.
  • Provide feedback & reccomendation for implementation improvements.
  • Collect new information/competitor activities and proposed for further enhancement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Provide regular execution report.
  • Manage data compilation, review the accuracy, and gather insights.
  • Proactively gives suggestion/recommendation to achieve timely and excellent execution. 

Who are we looking for?

• • University graduate or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing/channel management.
  • Have good understanding of principles of merchandising, trade marketing, and field marketing.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.  
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations.
