SALES SUPERVISOR
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives in distribution activities as well as operational & merchandising excellence across all channels. Also responsible in assessing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement in achieving Sales KPI, distribution & merchandising objectives in assigned territory.
As the Sales Supervisor, you will do:
- Channel Development:
- Monitor & control sales team activities through targeted product distribution, sales operational excellence and implementation of trade & consumer programs to ensure all channels within assigned territory are developed accordingly.
- Identify sales opportunity within assigned territory to continuously develop JTI Business, including developing weekly sales forecast across channels.
- People Management:

Maintain & monitor team productivity to ensure the team deliver results accordingly to assigned target.

Conduct development intervention to continuously develop team members.

Ensure compliance are conducted accordingly to business process & company guideline to maintain integrity.

- Administration & Financial:
- Ensure all administrative matters are conducted accordingly with business process & company procedures.
- Supervise & control financial aspects related to wholesaler / modern trade outlets, including but not limited to AR and Credit Limit to ensure financial procedures and timeline are followed.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain the relationship with targeted outlet to create productive professional relationship with outlets in assigned territory.
- Maintain relationship with DC from key accounts to ensure distribution process to key accounts are completed smoothly.
Who are we looking for?

Minimum Diploma 3 but preferably University Graduate from any major.
- More than 3 years relevant experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, preferably with multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company.
- Proven track record of managing team in achieving Sales KPI and developing assigned Territory.
- Experienced in managing and developing team members through various development intervention.
- Bahasa, English fluency.
