FP&A ANALYST
The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial discipline and transparency by managing budget planning, tracking, and reporting. The role supports business decision-making through timely, accurate financial insights, while ensuring effective cost control and alignment with company objectives.
As the FP&A Analyst, you will do:
- Budget Planning & Management:
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather assumptions and inputs.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Track variances between actuals vs budget/forecast and provide explanations 5. Ensure cost discipline and highlight risks & opportunities proactively.
- Financial Reporting:

Deliver timely and accurate management reporting packages.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Ensure data consistency across systems and reports.

- Variance Analysis & Insights:
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget).
- Identify key drivers behind performance movements.
- Translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing & Sales).
- Act as a finance business partner to support budget owners.
- Provide guidance on financial policies and budget governance.
- Agile Team:
- Support and implement agile ways of working by collaborate hand in hands with other FP&A specialist team to deliver appointed projects.
Who are we looking for?

- University graduate or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, planning, and staff/business management.
- Have good understanding of principles of budget planning and FP&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to the relevant stakeholders.
- Good business acumen and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations.
