P&C Business Partner, Manager
You will be a member of the Turkiye P&C team and act as a P&C Business Partner for the assigned departments. As a strategic partner to business leaders, this role will be instrumental in fostering an ownership-driven culture, enabling capability development, and aligning people strategies with IWS (Integrated Work System) principles to drive sustainable performance and employee engagement.
You will take an active role in deploying IWS Pillar activities, ensuring the deliverables of Organization Pillar are in accordance with IWS Phase progression.
The position will be based in Torbali, Izmir and report to P&C Director, Turkey.
Position:
As the P&C Business Partner, Manager, you will:
- Act as a trusted partner to factory leadership and pillar owners to build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support behavior and mindset shifts.
- Lead the Organization Pillar in IWS deployment, aligning with JTI's strategic direction and IWS model.
- Monitor and analyze organizational health and team performance metrics to proactively identify people-related needs and solutions.
- Ensure succession planning is in place for critical roles within IWS model.
- Maintain Rewards & Recognition Systems for IWS, in cooperation with P&C Rewards Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive P&C experience, with exposure to manufacturing or operational environments preferred.
- Good understanding of core P&C areas of expertise (employee relations, labor relations, total rewards, talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, employee experience, etc).
- Knowledge and understanding of IWS, TPM, Lean, or other operational excellence systems is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and coach at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficient in English language, both oral and written communication.
