RRP Trade Marketing Manager

 

You will be responsible for supporting strategic planning and development activities of new categories in all sales field operations by supporting effective data analysis and insight generation in Turkey and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus markets.

 

The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Commercial Planning Manager.

 

 

Position:

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Assisting Commercial Planning Manager in optimizing distribution model, coverage strategy, focus cycles and building KPI's on sales, distribution and merchandising strategies.
  • Working very closely with Sales & Marketing teams, identifying priorities and developing sub-items of Cycle plan.
  • Designing and following up on the implementation of Trade marketing programs and initiatives in respective channels, supporting with intensive field visits
  • Planning and tracking all investment items within his/her responsibility, close coordination with Sales Management, Marketing, and Budget planning departments.
  • Supporting development of new capabilities in the field, considering requirements of new categories (product lifecycle, economic model mindset, trade segmentation, channel role re-assessment).
  • Leading all DSD/Nielsen-based periodical reports of the new category in order to assist related parties with gap analysis and objective planning.
  • Building proper trade segmentation based on new category requirements by adding additional data sets, keeping updated and accurate to support business decisions at outlet level.
  • Being an information bridge role between Sales & Marketing functions, keep updated related parties, collect feedback and assess the process where necessary.
  • Ensuring that all trade marketing activities and procedures are implemented according to company policies and procedures with close contact with Sales, Marketing and Legal.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sector, preferably 5 years of involvement in Trade Marketing and program development
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications
