Process Lead
You will be responsible for taking the required actions to successfully implement IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at the Make & Pack Production Lines.
The position will be based in Izmir and report to will report to Cell Lead.
Position:
As the Process Lead, you will:
- Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability
- Be responsible for the Centerline (Adjustment Centering) and changeover DMSs (Daily Management Systems)
- Attend DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings
- Coordinate all technical activities in production lines assigned to her/him in line with Environment Health & Safety guidelines and ensuring 5S3R standards
- Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Initiate and realize necessary actions for achievement of production KPI's
- Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly in line with Zero Loss Mindset
- Coordinate the implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with the given directions from the superior
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production processes
- Advanced level of English (written & spoken)
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, intermediate knowledge/experience working with SMART MDC Tool
- Analytical mindset to interpret and analyse complex data sets effectively
