Leaf Finance Associate
You will be responsible for proactively supporting all Leaf entity operational finance activities and providing support to management with business decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting, planning and analysis for Leaf Turkey business.
The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Leaf Finance Manager.
Position:
As the Leaf Finance Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Executing all purchase requisitions and purchase order processes.
- Controlling invoices and invoicing compliance with budget. Ensuring the invoices are issued on time and posted to correct accounts.
- Ensuring annual tracking of advances received and given, accurate classification, and proper offsetting.
- Executing monthly/quarterly management reports and timely submissions.
- Supporting the planning and budgeting processes and prepare related templates.
- Supporting cash flow activities.
- Executing internal controls and supporting external financial controls.
- Ensuring the proper bookkeeping of account records of company according to Turkish Tax Legislation & IFRS principles.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in FMCG
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Advanced level of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and Power BI and integrated accounting software, SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
