IWS Process Lead
This position exists to convert process variability into stable, predictable performance by building process understanding, strong data discipline, and develop standards at cell level. It is a technical and analytical leadership role inside the IWS Cell, ensuring that process losses are understood, structurally eliminated, and do not return, while capability is transferred to the line teams.
Position:
Process Loss Elimination & Performance Improvement
- Jointly responsible for continuous improvement in production through analysis of manufacturing processes
- Identifies and eliminate recurring process failures using structured data analysis
- Develops problem solving strategies and standards to eliminate losses permanently and improve long term efficiency
System Ownership (IWS)
- Owns Daily Management Systems related to process stability, including: Centerline (CL), Changeover (CO) and Change Management (CM)
- Ensures standards are defined, applied, and sustained at shop floor level
Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Creates and maintains process performance reports and analyses using large production data sets
- Interprets trends to support decisions on efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and safety
- Uses appropriate data analytics tools to support improvement activities
Coaching & Problem Solving
- Coaches the cell team on structured problem solving on machines and processes
- Acts as line expert for Initial Problem Solving (IPS) and Unified Problem Solving (UPS)
- Supports line teams directly on the shop floor to strengthen process control mastery
Capability & Culture Transformation
- Develops the technical understanding and autonomy of line teams
- Supports the cultural shift toward IWS behaviors, including 100% ownership, One team, and Zero-loss mindset
- Contributes actively to the development of IWS culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering, including process problem solving, data analysis, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (KAIZEN, TPM)
- Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel mandatory); Power BI
- Ability to influence, coach, and develop others on the shop floor
- Arabic & English fluency with excellent communication skills
