Qualifications and Job Description 

Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment?
We’re looking for curious, motivated, and forward-thinking individuals to join our Sales Planning Department as part of the Sales Budget Planning team for an exciting 11-month development journey.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2025 or January 2026 in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Eager to explore the Sales Budget Plans and learn its dynamics
• Interested in pursuing a career in Sales and Planning functions
• Enjoys playing with numbers
• Comfortable with reporting and data analysis
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and trade partners
• Open to a full-time, 11-month contract opportunity

Note: For male candidates, military service should be deferred for at least two years.

You will contribute to meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in sales budget and planning and SAP

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working in FMCG real life planning dynamics that make an impact, while developing your skills and exploring your potential.
