Sales Financial Analyst, Associate

You will prepare, monitor and analyze Sales Financials, Freight Budget and Accounts Receivables. You will be responsible for supporting Sales Uniform process and Sales field vehicles.

The position will be based in Istanbul and report to Sales Planning Manager.

Position:

As the Sales Financial Analyst, Associate, you will be also responsible for:

FINANCIALS:

Prepares monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) report as well as P&L analysis with scenarios in line with current and future plans

Responsible for analyzing margin developments and assessing profitability

Prepares inventory value when required

Coordinates contract termination process with Sales Team, Finance and Legal Departments

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES (A/R):

Reports monthly and annually A/R level and responsible for reporting Days Shipment Outstanding (DSO) variances monthly

Provides necessary financial contributions to Sales Team required on daily basis

FREIGHT BUDGET:

Prepares, monitors and analyzes budget development (monthly, annually and long term)

Analysis variances - price, volume, fx and inflation driven budgets

Provides budget data for BAP submissions, follows up the BAP (Business Approval Process) requirements once approved

Provides data for transportation bidding process and responsible for Logistics agreement

SALES AND FIELD UNIFORMS:

Supports for Sales Field uniform process, vendor bidding process, budget, design of uniforms in coordination with Marketing and Legal, distribution to Sales Team on time

INVOICING and SAP REQUIREMENTS:

Creates PR's/PO's/Good Receipts in SAP

SALES FIELD VEHICLES:

Communication flow between the vehicle company and Sales Team and follows up the solutions and informs the necessary parties

Requirements: 

• University Degree Engineering or Business Admin (Bachelors/Masters)
• Minimum 2 years of sales operations and/or finance experience in FMCG
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel is a must
