Management Trainee (Sales)

The Management Trainee Sales is responsible for supporting field execution, sales performance analysis, and trade marketing activities across all channels and regions within the Sales Department, while developing a strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes. 

The position will be based in Istanbul and will report to Regions Sales Manager.

Position: 

As a Management Trainee (Sales), you will: 

• Monitor key sales performance indicators, analyze data, and prepare reports to support regional decision‑making. 

• Ensure effective execution of product placement, merchandising, and trade marketing activities at outlet level. 

• Manage and monitor outlet assets, installations, maintenance, and material needs in line with company standards. 

• Take responsibility for assigned trade marketing activities and conduct regular outlet visits through structured route planning. 

• Collaborate closely with all layers of field forces. 

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, systems, and execution across assigned regions. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience in FMCG sales field.
• Driving License.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced field environment.
