Job Description:

1. Analysis and Reporting:

  • Fully responsibility for all of reports and analysis related to the sales performance, trade program, campaign, Brand Ambassador Trial, Off-take and trade segmentation across channel at the territory level. Ensure the Marketing & Sales teams have quality data with different level of performance tracking including the investment status, the ROI in time and the analysis is comprehensive with key learning and recommendation.
  • The incumbent will work very closely with Field Marketing & Sales team on daily basis to answer the question on how & where our performance vs. target and investment. Identify and highlight the area to focus of specific territory in order to support to drive for brand awareness, trials and repeated purchase of the territory together with Brand, Sales and Direct-To-Consumer teams.

2. Trade program design for specific territory:

  • Together with Sales & Field Marketing Specialist, the SIBI Specialist is joining into the discussion of any initiative trade program creating and provide the relevant historical data and insights from understand the territory characteristics, the consumer profile and segmentation, the specific trade environment and retailers special needs and wants of the responsible area.
  • Brainstorm with Sales & Field Marketing team and coordination with TME Lite team to design special tactical / pilot trade programs tracking for the territory including scheme, duration, execution briefing, performance tracking procedure, resource status.

3. Operation & Field Marketing monthly KPI tracking and incentive payment calculation:

  • To assist for data generation on the monthly sales KPI planning and evaluation
  • Highly the low performance needs to be focused for improvement, if any.

4. Trade insights:

  • Collaborating with cross-functions to prepare the monthly competitors activities update in
  • specific territory if any to share back to the back office and support on the comprehensive analysis. Deep-dive analysis to define which indicators need to be defined to explain for abnormal trend and field visit to understand clearly the assigned territories.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years in FMCG sales and/or marketing functions; preferably experiences with business analysis and market research.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good communication/presentation skill.
  • Fluent in English and good at MS Office, Outlook, and SAP
