Job Description:

  • TME (Trade Marketing Excellence) lite Functionality Maximization, Simplify process and Enhancement: Leading for initial approach with the pro & cons analysis on the current application, which areas can be maximized on business controlling and detail benefits can earn or either where we can simplify in the process that can help users can shorten the process to improve time efficiency however still ensure the compliance rate. Alignment and convincing the key stakeholders for implementation. Starting to involve in the early stage of application enhancement from application analysis, cross function alignment on new requirement, briefing vendor and IT hub on the enhancement, functional specification testing, validation and implementation).
  • Daily TME lite issue monitoring: supporting for direct report on daily application monitoring and problems solving for either BOS (Back office support) or HHT (Hand held terminal) users in both HQ & Distributors in case he/she needs any clarification help in order to communicate internal team or external party.
  • Ensure the incidents are raised and tracked in a timely manner.
  • BI report solution:  Leading all of the operational report development, Q.lik sense report platform and alternative platform by using either TME lite data, Direct to consumer (DTC) data or/and other data sources, ensuring the platform well performs and on time deliver. Collaboration across function such as SIBI (Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence), Sales and Marketing to understand commercial objective as well as specific KPIs that we need to track and monitor in order to ensure we are always in the early stage for action take to move the business to the upper level.
  • Project Execution: Involved in the deployment / roll-out of the application system,  scope include but not limited to sanity and regression test,  data migration, environment assessment,  benefits evaluation, and installation / deployment.
  • The project can be starting with TME lite application and/or other application such as Q.lik sense which is related to TME lite data environment.
  • BI Data warehouse:  Collaboration with IT hub and 3rd party to ensure the TME lite data, and/or other data sources perform correctly on daily basis and the data is well controlling as well as understand the complexity of data extraction to give an support on time or closely working with Share IT Hub and report development vendor to propose the relevance solution approach.
  • Managing and guiding the team on the logic development, checking and validation the data/report to ensure the data/report is accuracy.
  • DTC system setup and go live: Leading the discussion with Field Marketing team and Viettel/ others vendor to further explore the current setup and structure of DTC system in order to provide the alternative solution in order to standardize DTC system similarly to TME lite for future data migration into one data warehouse.
  • TME Lite, BI (and/or DTC system) budget monitoring:  Responsibility for budget planning and skewing of Commercial system.
  • Team Collaboration: Create an environment that supports and fosters everyone to focus in one goal to bring business success.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years in FMCG sales functions; preferably experiences with operational systematic management.
  • Sound analytical and commercial thinking process.
  • Excellence on Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power point, pivot, etc. ).
  • Good communication/presentation skill.
  • Fair English standard.
  • Proven team player and good people management.
