JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Build up clear vision and ambitious strategy to develop the Operations Capability according to expected standard of company and region. Navigate the development activities and coaching/training implementations towards the mission to upgrade quality, behavior and progress of Operations team, especially Field Force execution.
  • Set up the framework with clear Role & Responsibility of focused positions to identify required Competencies & Capabilities and develop full cycle of Performance Assessment process (Objective Setting, Performance review and Development plan). Build a breeding ground for Talents through Talent Matrix which helps to identify/retain/develop talents for succession planning.
  • Directly work with Head Quarter & Regional team to localize Sales Force Architecture implementation and outline the transition roadmap to evolve Operations team to desired future roles. Support the Partnership (Availability, Visibility, P4P program) approach with development of guidelines of execution, verbalization and performance tracking to achieve the setting targets & objectives of business and brand.
  • Work with external parties to deliver necessary courses, in-door training to promote and instill Commercial & Entrepreneurial mindset and Company values.
  • Develop KPI & Incentive plan to maximize quality of Field Force execution and motivate good behaviors and performance from individual/team. Design the effective trade compliance to ensure data accuracy and proper execution according to company policies & procedures.
  • Monitor the allocated budget to design & develop working tools to ensure high-class execution and promote the professional image on trade.
  • Build up recruitment process, allowance structure with Distributor/HR to ensure the effectiveness of attracting talent/right people for organization and according to headcount/budget plan.
  • Assist Head of Operations in other tasks/assignments to develop effective Operations strategy.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior managerial position in Field and/or Capability Development experiences, preferably in multinational company.
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
