  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

- Works in collaboration with the Head of Operations and its peers Zone Managers, Brand Managers, Field Marketing Managers to develop a commercial strategy for the channel, and specific annual account plans. Conducts business review to Key Account (KA) partners on a monthly, quarterly basis and yearly basis.

- Work closely with his team RKA Manager, KA Lead, KA Supervisor to build good JTI business relationships and negotiation with each KA Partner.

-  Accountable for Route to Market in coordination with RKAM and coverage analysis of his KA Team (including Key Account Executives territory management, Deployment and coaching of KA Lead, Supervisor and Executives in the execution of outlet visit, compliance on display Temporary Point of Sales Material, Point of Sale Materials (TPOSM, POSM) and price agreements, brand campaign, distribution, and promotional programs as defined by Marketing & Sales management. Monitor progress of POSM and TPOSM installations, as well as the quality of materials used and recommends corrective action where necessary, Ensure correct stock weight of all JTI mandatory brands and SKU in every Key Account (KA) outlet. Monitor freshness and avoid product returns).

- Responsible for channel and customer intelligence, data gathering, executing and monitoring KPIs, and reporting results to Head of Operations and other departments. Responsible for data analysis from ACNielsen Report, Scan data from chains and Internal system and reporting performance, market movement and recommendations to Head of Operations and other departments. Contributes to the evaluation and suggests corrective actions where needed.

- Responsible for entire Modern Trade strategy (not restrictive to KA Channels Management) and define proper resources allocation (investment & people) and sales force structure in order to deliver company set targets most efficiently.

- Responsible in the delivery and growth of company set volume Objectives. 

- Responsible for channel initiatives and assumes the supporting role as the coordinator for any activities from HQ. (e.g. Future Leader Program, Direct to Consumer coordination etc.)

 

  • REQUIREMENTS:

 

- University degree or equivalent.

- 8-year experience in sales, key accounts, channel management, trade marketing, FMCG.

- Strong negotiation and commercial planning skills, presentation skills, people management and development, financial understanding.

- Problem solving.

- Fluent Vietnamese, proficient in English. Good use of Excel and PowerPoint.
