Job Description:

1. Employee Engagement:

  • Initiate, deploy and manage Employee Engagement programs for all JTI and distributor's employees (if applicable) to increase high engagement level and retain key talents. Keep abreast of industry best practice and innovations to continually evolve and implement JTI’s engagement activities as appropriate.
  • Build relationships and collaborate across the functions to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, whilst providing high levels of internal customer service.
  • Conduct the HR Induction to all new hires.
  • Conduct Exit Interview and conduct turnover analysis to realize the focus areas for improvements.
  • Manage budget for Employee Engagement.
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Survey globally and follow up with action plans locally
  • Talent Management.
  • Coordinate with Internal Communications team to create contents and messages that promote JTI Values and drive positive engagement at the company.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Build employer value proposition for JTI Vietnam to promote our company as an Employer of Choice to target audience externally. Focus on amplifying opportunities to externally showcase company's employer brand and manage brand messaging and activities on external employer brand touchpoints such as LinkedIn, Facebook, local job boards and other relevant channels.
  • Be the key contact points of target universities and other relevant partners for maintaining positive relationship with our company.

3. Rewards & Recognition

  • Initiate and deploy the recognition scheme at JTI Vietnam to promote high performing culture.
  • Coordinate with C&B Specialist to review the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) program on a yearly basis and make proposal of changes when needed to keep our C&B programs be competitive in the market and attractive to talents.

4. HR Policies

  • Maintain and update all HR Policies to ensure a clear process and guidance for all employees.

5. Others

  • Part of project team for regional projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc support if necessary.


Job requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related experience in multinational company.
  • Good experience in internal communication and employee engagement.
  • Business and customer oriented mindset.
  • Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively at all employee levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure to tight deadlines, budgets and targets with accuracy.
  • Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company
  • Creativity and good organizing & planning skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Compensations and Benefits.
  • PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office, especially Excel.
