Job Description:

  • Timely, meaningful, relevant and accurate reports and analysis.

    -Fully accountable for business performance monitoring for all operational execution (Sale Volume, Off-Take, Distribution, Salesforce Effectiveness, Field Force Evaluation, Routing Performance, Etc.) and other related trade activities (Trade Programs, Brand Ambassador Trials, etc.)
    -Incentive payment confirmation: In charge of HCM Fieldforce incentivized KPIs measurement and deliver the final evaluation confirmation for payroll.
    -Make sure all reports are designed with friendly visualization, clear key messages and to be communicated to field teams by their languages.

    -Bottom-up: Proactive and explorative approach and propose both quick-wins and ad-hoc analysis to consulting field teams meaningful, relevant and accurate insights and recommendations.
    -Top-down: well cooperated with line manager to quickly drill in business questions to support Excom’s decision-making.


  • Collaboration: be a strategic partner and work closely with Operations and Field Marketing team .

    Trade programs brainstorming:
    -Coordination with internal (line manager, team members, and data team) and external (Operations & Field Marketing team) design special tactical / pilot trade programs tracking for the territory including scheme, duration, execution briefing, performance tracking procedure, resource status.

    Depot meetings (twice a month frequency):
    -Highlight and support field teams to understand not only at territorial levels but also the total business big picture.
    -Address gap regarding answer how & where our performance vs target.
    -Identify and communicate the areas to focus in a specific territory to support and drive for business KPIs of the territory together with Operations, Field Marketing and Direct to Consumer (DTC) team.


  • Trade understandings: Curiously and proactively explore trade insights by conducting field visits. Consequentially, have deeper understandings of retailers and smokers’ behaviors to support rationales in reports and analysis.
     -Independently or companion (with Field teams, line manager) to continuously update trade insights and competitors' activities in the specific territory if any to share back to the back office to support competitive intelligence enhancement.

    -Proactively go on the field to study and reconfirm if any outliers/abnormalities observed in trendlines and findings from data perspectives.

    -Incorporate trade insights with data to deliver deep-dive analysis to define which indicators need to be defined to explain for abnormalities.         


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business.
  • Two years in FMCG sales and/or marketing functions; preferably experiences with business analysis and market research.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Good communication/presentation skill.
  • Fair English standard.
  • Fluent Vietnamese language. Experience with MS Office
