Report Management:
- Fully responsibility for all of reports and analysis related to Sales Activities Performance, Trade segmentation across channel and market.
- Ensure Marketing &Sales (M&S) reports are prepared and submitted on a timely and accurate with key learning and recommendation.
- Ensure, review and complete trade-program reporting requirements and its interpretation of results being meaningful.
- Responsible for providing, reviewing and analysing other information reports to facilitate management in meeting business objectives.
- Responsible for managing and controlling compliance audit reports to ensure appopriate and sensitives are in line with expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide KPIs analysis and report relevant measures to track actual achievement and progress towards annual goals and volume target, including recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Nielsen Retail Audit:
- Work closely with Nielsen on monthly and every half year to produce the relevant analysis to track the performance of JTI portfolio and source of business (SOB), and key brands performance across the channel, segment and geography. To provide a clear picture of where JTI is versus internal tracking (volume, off-take, distribution from TME lite) and how our source of business performance to have quick actions to support for our brands or better forecast on SOB moving. Ensures the reports to be clear, understandable as well as provide the comprehensive assessment of trend performance.
Business Application Maintenance:
- In conjunction with relevant M&S stakeholders to design and implement of BI visualization report platform (Qlick, Power BI and GIS) which are delivered the business requirement objectives
as well as the logic and metric development need to be cooperated the latest enhancement from TME lite.
- Responsible for all malfunctions, i.e.: report interface, data consequence and technical bugs validation and ensure to be fixed properly.
• Market dynamic modeling (industry, price segment, format, manufacturers, key brand, volume and SoM forecast):
- Accountability for market dynamic forecasting process and overall forecast accuracy
- Look cross and connect multiple data sources (Nielsen retail audit, smoking incidence, taxation,..) to provide capacity simulations for different forecast scenarios.
- Ensure deliver timely and valuable forecast information to cross functions (Marketing, Sales and Finance) to support for annual strategic planning
• Sales volume forecast (shipment by brand, sku across the channel and city):
- Coordinator and accountability for monthly and annual strategic planning volume forecasting process and overall forecast accuracy
- Collaboration with Brand, Field marketing and Sales team to provide a clear simulation support behind in order to come up with the volume forecast scenarios (organic growth, trade program support, new launch, coverage expansion...ect)
- Ensure deliver timely and valuable forecast commitment to cross functions to support for month KPI setting and tracking or annual strategic planning
Compliance audit system managing & Sales KPI reports (weekly, monthly and incentive payment calculation):
- Liaising with functions head on strategic planning for Compliance Audit Activities and closely support the team member on tracking and monitoring Direct Sales Operation (DSO) KPI reports to ensure the report delivery with clear highlighting of the area for improvement or acceleration, if any and regularly follow up on action status

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions.
• Cross-cultural experience. Solid background in research techniques and consumer/brand/trade analysis.
• Good understanding of operational constraints and practical application of research to solve business problems.
• Ability to focus on the detailed tasks to achieve specific outcome
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels across functions
• Proven team player
• Good working knowledge of technical tools as Microsoft office, Outlook and System Management
• Good English (speaking & writing) and fluent Vietnamese language.
