Route To Market (RTM) Specialist 

The RTM Specialist supports Route-to-Market strategies and execution through data management, performance monitoring, and reporting across coverage, distribution, and territory management. The role maintains accurate trade databases, supports trade survey activities, and assists with retailers and territory segmentation. The role also tracks RTM KPIs and incentive performance to ensure accurate and timely reporting. 

As the RTM Specialist in the area of Marketing & Sales you will:

Coverage & Route Management

• Assist in the implementation of JTI Distribution and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies for DSO General Trade and distributors.
  
• Support coverage planning, route optimization, and channel strategy execution.
  
• Assist in the design, maintenance, and update of RTM tools, reports, and systems to support effective coverage and route management.

Productivity & Distribution Performance

• Monitor coverage productivity and distribution performance against defined targets.
  
• Support analysis and tracking of numeric and weighted distribution for JTI product SKUs.
  
• Assist in preparing performance reports, insights, and recommendations to support coverage expansion initiatives.

Database Management

• Support the maintenance, validation, and updating of universe and outlet databases in accordance with regional and district formats.
  
• Support customer classification, territory mapping, and trade segmentation based on portfolio and coverage guidelines.
  
• Assist in annual Retail Trade Census activities, including data compilation, validation, and reporting.
  
• Prepare data analysis to support territory design, optimization, and investment discussions.
  
• Support the implementation of the annual Market & Trade survey to obtain updated information & exposure on the latest trade landscape.

Territory and Trade Segmentation

• Assist in customer classification and segmentation based on portfolio objectives and guidelines.
• Support territory design, updates, and analysis in collaboration with Operations and Sales teams.
• Prepare data and analysis to support territory investment and optimization discussions.

KPI & Incentive Management

• Monitor, track, and compile KPI performance related to RTM execution, coverage, and distribution.
• Support incentive calculations by consolidating performance data and validating results against KPI criteria.
• Prepare regular KPI dashboards, incentive summaries, and performance reports for review by management.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales support, coverage analysis, and territory management within a multinational FMCG company or similar environment
• Fluent in oral and written English
