Finance Analyst

Position:

The purpose of the role is to execute activities in Investment Controlling area: supporting Capex investment projects, forecasting and analysis of depreciation and controlling of NTM/FG/Leaf/Fixed Assets obsolescence process in order to provide financial analysis required by local management and for group purposes. 

Responsibilities:

• Executing regular daily activities in area of Capex investment projects, including advance payments for equipment, capitalization of investments, depreciation monitoring and forecasting, EAM master data management;
• Monitoring and forecasting Below Product Cost categories (e.x. Capex project related expenses, Idle depreciation);
• Executing monthly review of potential Leaf, NTM, FG, Fixed Assets obsolescence process and take care of factory provisions;
• Supporting Investment Controlling Manager in reporting and planning process; providing reports for internal requirements of factory management. Supporting factory-level and group-driven projects requiring local Factory Finance support.
• Regular reviewing local procedures and policies and update them when needed.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years on similar position
• Fluency in English and Polish B1
• MS Office literacy, esp. Excel;
• Knowledge on ERP Systems (SAP preferred), Business Warehouse and PowerBI solutions – as a plus.
