What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Conduct 5s audits and internal trainings

• Develop continuous improvement culture in the organization

• Data analysis and production reporting

• Ensure the proper functioning of the 5S3R program

• Collect ideas to improve and optimize processes

• Participation in optimization projects

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Management, Production Engineering or similar

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the production area 

• Knowledge of MS Office - in particular MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP – will be considered an asset

• Good level of English and Polish, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving)

• Good communication skills and positive attitude

• Creativity and problem solving skills will complete your profile
