The Global Cash and Credit Management Manager is responsible for consistent application of the Global Credit & Cash Management policies, the credit granting process, periodic review of the Credit & Cash Management memos,  credit reviews of the portfolio as a whole, commercial  and customer relations issues, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers. Hands-on experience of Credit & Cash Management reporting standards is mandatory.  Be a key contributor/backup during developing and improving operational goals of the department, in order to take the established/mature credit role to the next level. The candidate should have a solid knowledge of Insurance & Credit Management and basic Cash Management knowledge.




  • Education:                             

University degree                                                                                                                               

  • Work Experience:

5 to 7 years’ experience in credit management or Insurance or trade finance or treasury or similar of a large multinational corporation,


  • Languages & Computer Skills:

Fluency in English, Excel expert for finance, Word and Power Point


  • Soft skills:  

Ability to adapt quickly a fast-paced environment, quick learner with an openminded mindset and




Have a thorough knowledge of credit-related standards and oversee our company’s credit processes, take initiative to develop new methods for background checks along with the usual ones for conducting credit assessment. Excellent communication skills, cross functional project management and open to changes.

Provide support and back-up to the Cash management team for daily operational requirements, projects, and reporting.                                                                                                                                              





• Develop /improve clear and concise reporting on the entire credit portfolio with assessments and recommendations.

• Provide timely credit /receivables reports.

•  Prepare the analysis and provide to local and senior management transparent status and action taken to ensure credit integrity is met and improved.     

• Optimize the security, clarify and ensure reporting only of the security that qualifies policy requirements

• Quarterly bank charges reporting and investigation of variances

• Monthly reporting of Citibank overdraft interest and assist with identifying incorrect interest charges

• Monthly cash and debt reporting



• Communicate and provide information on the Global Insurance Program and its framework as related Roles and Responsibilities.

• Fully responsible for the day to day support to entities of the Global Credit Insurance Program.

• Obtain, Analyze, and generate reports on Companies Receivable data, customer financials and qualitative data generating reports in line with Global Insurance Standard.

• Create best practice model to set benchmark standard of excellence for processes related to Global Credit Insurance Management, risk controls, exposure data, claims management.

• Develop and lead a process for bad debt or dispute resolution with cross-functional involvement and clear risk reporting to senior management.

• Provide approval for online EBanking access

• Provide support and guidance to users, liaising with SAP security, for online EBanking access and related queries.

• Perform necessary JSOX controls in a timely manner and provide advice to entities, where required, on how to collect information related to the JSOX controls.

• Manage annual POs for Treasury technology and related subscriptions.



Under the leadership of the Global Credit Management Director:

• Provide support to the local entities on credit decisions and risk mitigation methods (guaranties, credit insurance, etc.).

• Collaborate, interface and coordinate with local entities on credit decisions and approvals.

• Advise on credit insurance requirements and conditions.

•  Target to sustain/increase  the level of security while recognizing the decentralized character of credit decisions and responsibilities

• Support JTI markets with review and assessment of risks and limits (BAP, Memo, etc.)


  • CASH MANAGEMENT (Punctually)

Under the leadership of the Global Cash Management Manager:

• Prepare and update Cash Management memos on an annual basis.

• Prepare annual bank survey and report the results.

• Create and maintain a complete database of bank accounts globally.

• Review and update reporting to FIDES to ensure that maximum number of accounts are reported.

• Act as custodian for all banking agreements, documentation, and related information.

• Provide required support during RFP, implementation, post go live support for Cash Management implementations.
