Position Purpose:

This position is created to assist the General Services Director in all tasks related to the existing building. The incumbent will also supervise ongoing building set-up, specializing in relocation, layout design, in close supervision of the General Services HQ Geneva Director. He will also be in charge of sorting remaining technical defects and managing the facade refurbishment project. He is in charge to optimise all costs related to the buidling. Precise follow-up of all works and costs related to the arbitration procedure. Team player willing to collaborate with all other members of General Services. Define and manage his team budget, manage HQ assets.

 

Education:

Architect or Engineer background

 

Work Experience:

10 years in a similar position

 

Language Skills:

French, English

 

Functional Skills:

Strong knowledge of IT tools, KNX, building management, ligthing.Qualified in buidling electricity, safety and fire security, expert or strong knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations. Fluent user of Autocad and Revit tools. Good financial understanding.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities:

Follow-up, organize and assure proper functioning of building technical equipments. Follow-up of contractors and subcontractors works. Participate to RFP, SOW, SLA and score card process and implementation for all General Services main suppliers. Guarantee that preventive maintenance is planned and performed. Follow up on corrective maintenance to guarantee employee comfort and satisfaction.

 

Program, organize and supervise employees moves, realize office layouts to achieve the best working conditions.

 

Organise and supervise refurbishment progress and quality of work on a daily bases for facade works. Report back to Geneva HQ General Services Director.

 

New projects: identify future need /trend, define scope, working with PPO organisation to do RFP, manage implementation and operational aspect

 

Maintain and implement Office space software, Locker hardware & software, implement new software needed to support new way of working, implement real time measurement tools and adapt to share with all usesrs.

 

Perform and give support to all tasks and projects given by the General Services Director. Identify all warranty defaults and follow up of arbitration works and detailed follow-up of reélated costs. Coordinate with arbitration lawyers

 

Manage mail room and handyman
