RRP Exploratory Brands - Consumer Engagement Manager
The RRP Exploratory Brands team is responsible for the strategic development and management of the company Brands across Nicotine Pouches/E-Vapor/Infused tobacco, with an end-to-end process across consumer journey (from brand creation, development of packaging, communication and activation tools, and consumer experience management with omnichannel approach), with the purpose of delivering upon a set Learning Agenda.
The role is connected to delivering future business growth and is aimed to support brand deployment in markets. The team operates with an enhanced stakeholders' structure and an agile way of working, in a fast-paced environment.
Position:
As the RRP Exploratory Brands Consumer Engagement Manager, you will:
- Lead cross-functional brand initiatives within the RRP Exploratory Brands Group, driving projects across brand strategy, portfolio management, packaging, communication, and consumer engagement, while also supporting market-specific needs.
- Develop and refine brand fundamentals, including positioning, expression, and identity, and translate these into impactful communication campaigns, engaging content, and tools that support the full Consumer Engagement Model (CEM) journey.

Stay attuned to consumer trends and competitive dynamics, using insights to enhance brand relevance, elevate consumer experiences, and ensure that brand strategies reflect evolving market expectations.

Manage projects across multiple RRP product categories, such as nicotine pouches, e-vapor, and infused tobacco, tailoring brand strategies to the unique demands and opportunities of each segment.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies, to ensure alignment, effective execution, and quality output, while also overseeing budget and resource management.

Contribute to a dynamic, innovative team environment, with opportunities to test new brand-building approaches, ensuring that brand offerings remain relevant and support the company’s sustainable and profitable growth.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5+ years in Brand Management with proven experience in building brands and successful management of complex initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholder. International, cross-functional or RRP experience will be considered as a plus
- Proven experience in development of brand positioning, brand expression, consumer engagement (brand identity, brand world, communication campaigns, messaging, CEM, etc).
- Aptitude to read competitive market context and interpret consumer insights, translating them into initiatives to improve consumer experience and brands’ competitiveness.
- High potential individual with the ability to take ownership and welcome challenges, rapidly adapting to change with an agile mindset and ease to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication & presentation skills, excellent project management, and the ability to connect with decision-makers across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with strong collaboration skills.
