Marketing & Sales (M&S) HQ Strategy and Insights (SI) supports achieving our #1 ambition through insight-led commercial decisions. We generate, maintain and communicate key commercial indicators as well as forward looking actionable insights across Consumers, Customers, Category and Competitors. What will you actually do?

Be a part of the SI insights hub, interacting effectively with her/his peers across the team in open and transparent manner. You will support establishing an engagement calendar with key stakeholders (CMO, M&S Regional Leads, M&S, Corporate strategy), actively liaise with the SI team, collect and consolidate all the stakeholders' business questions/needs, to be further analyzed. By doing so, she/he will ensure that SI publications reflect proactively the needs of the business, provide adequate support and influence the key stakeholders.

You will coordinate and publish the content of SI agenda by implementing an editorial insights dissemination strategy that is stimulating and/or responding to business questions and stakeholders’ needs in time and form, ensuring a consistent and coherent SI output. In addition, you will safeguard the current SI branding, its communication elements (editorial style, look & feel, etc.), across different communication channels (digital/paper-based/general M&S Assemblies, etc), and make the branding evolve as needed, to keep reflecting the SI mandate and ways of working overtime.


What are we looking for?

You as a professional:

  • Have good business understanding and be commercially astute, with minimum 5 years’ experience in either Marketing Insights, Commercial Strategy, Portfolio Management or Business Development.
  • Ability to translate business questions into actionable recommendations is a must.
  • Strong verbal and excellent written communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in business English are mandatory; other languages are an asset.
  • Proficient working independently with standard MS Office products, particularly Power Point. Knowledge and/or experience using additional softwares to edit/present/communicate analysis, and ability to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media.
  • University degree: MBA or equivalent is an asset.
