What will you actually do?

As a part of the Commercial Indicators you will lead the global retail/ trade and consumer indicators programs, across +85 markets, actively liaising with markets, regions and HQ stakeholders, ensuring the most relevant and actionable set of KPIs are consistently captured and implemented. Providing a reliable, consistent and a holistic source of truth is critical on the key commercial indicators and reporting on insights and foresight across the business in an engaging and actionable framework is of essence.  

You will also be also responsible of the coordination of governance of JTI's global partnership with key performance data suppliers (eg. Nielsen, Ipsos and Euromonitor), setting up and maintaining effective commercial terms and communication process to ensure they commit to and deliver on JTI’s high standards of quality and speed.

You will be as well responsible of leading the modernization of Retail Audit and Tracker tools, being an instrumental asset in the process of data cleansing and harmonization as part of the Global One Data Project.



What are we looking for?


You as a professional:

  • Have commercial mindset, strong team spirit and willingness to work in an agile and flexible environment
  • Have solid business understanding and commercially astute with multimarket experience with presence of all tobacco categories
  • Strong hands-on experience in vendor management and proven capabilities in data analysis (focus on Tracker and Retail audit), generating actionable insights by connecting all the dots
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, and well demonstrated interpersonal skills
