Education & Background
- Degree in …IT with good communication skill, combined with exposure to data and digital tools.
Skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic understanding of
- Digital mindset: familiarity with Excel, data analysis, or any programming/tool exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in international environments.
- Fluent English
- Ability to structure and tailor visual and data presentations to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations effectively.
- Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Copilot), with the ability to identify relevant use cases and drive team adoption.
- Understanding of internal communication channels and infrastructure, including Business TV, Teams Channels, and Workvivo.

Rotation 1: IT IT (INFRASTRUCTURA & OPERATIONS)
Key Responsibilities IT (8 months)
- IT Operations fundamentals, L1/L2 operational support, Remote/Onsite support
- End-User technology (Digital Workplace)
- Service Operations & Support Delivery
- IT Asset & Lifecycle Management,
- Operational infrastructure support
- Users Onboarding/Offboarding
- Events support
- Security, Compliance & Risk Awareness
Goal: Become a fully operational junior IT I&O specialist, with a strong operational mindset, a solid technical foundation and practical experience in enterprise IT environments
Rotation 2:
QUALITY (DIGITALISATION)
Key Responsibilities IT (8 months)
- Partner with Quality teams and senior stakeholders to review, optimize, and enhance data structures.
- Research and consolidate reporting best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Design and develop Power BI reports to support data-driven decision-making and performance insights.
Goal: Develop strong understanding of Quality processes, data structures, and presentation best practices.
Rotation 3:
COMMUNICATION / P&C P&C (DIGITAL COMMUNICATION)
Key Responsibilities IT (8 months)
- Evaluate and implement digital communication and AI-driven communication solutions, including Business TV, sharepoint, Workvivo (FB tool).
- Manage Business TV content in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external digital agencies.
- Support internal communication initiatives through digital projects (e.g., Kelio extension).
Goal: Gain foundational knowledge of information and communication flows, HR processes, and project management principles.
