  • Oversee tax compliance, JSOX controls, Country-by-Country (CBCR) and Japanese-Controlled-Foreign-Company (JCFC) reporting and related governance and documentation requirements.

  • Lead future SAP implementation and the setup of new finance flows for the entities in scope.

  • Drive JTI SA treasury controlling and reporting, covering loans, derivatives, in-house bank positions and other key exposures.

  • Support accounting and controlling oversight for reduced-risk product (RRP) activities impacting JTI SA.

  • Partner with Business Development and other functions on acquisitions, disposals, investment transfers, restructuring and strategic transformation projects involving entities in role’s scope.

  • Work closely with other JTI SA C&R team members, including the GBS C&R team, and coordinate with key Corporate stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline.

  • Accounting qualification, such as Swiss CPA or equivalent, with strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss accounting standards.

  • At least eight years of relevant finance experience, with a solid accounting, reporting and controls background; Big Four experience is an advantage.

  • Fluent written and spoken English; French is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical judgement and the ability to translate complex accounting, treasury or tax matters into clear recommendations.

  • Confident communicator and collaborative business partner, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across functions.

  • Proven ability to take ownership, manage projects and improve processes in a complex environment.

  • Knowledge of tax, treasury and/or SAP S/4 is an advantage.

What to expect:

You will take on a transversal, high-visibility role combining core finance responsibilities with strategic projects.

Expect close collaboration within the JTI SA Finance team, including the GBS Finance HQ team, and regular interaction with key Corporate stakeholders.
