EHS Manager

This role is based in Cairo, Egypt.

Position:

As the EHS Manager, you will:

• Lead the EHS agenda by ensuring full regulatory and corporate compliance across all Egypt Market operations
• Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement actions
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans across offices, warehouses, fleet, contractors, and projects
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions
• Develop and implement environmental management practices, including waste management, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction
• Design and deliver EHS training programs, ensuring employees and contractors are fully competent and compliant with safety standards
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, preparing dashboards and insights for leadership
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional EHS teams to ensure alignment with global standards and sustainability targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and a National EHS management certificate
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Health & Safety role
• Strong knowledge of health & safety management systems, local legislation, and ISO standards
• Experience in risk assessment, audits, incident management, and compliance processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
