The position shall work closely with the Regional Sales Manager in the identification and activation of the consumers.  He/She works with the area managers of the Field Marketing team to co-develop parameters in identifying the consumer and cascades the directions to his/her team.  He/She is tasked to empower the Area Field Marketing Managers to evaluate the regional consumer plans rolled-up per area.  Acts as a budget administrator, to ensure cost effective means to win/earn a consumer.  Promulgates JTI values and culture to the Regional Field Marketing team that results into achieving the KPIs of each team member.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS                                                                                                                                                                     



High standard of university degree (required)

MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable)                                                                                                                               

Work Experience:                                        

6-8 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions.  Both back office and regional experience required

Cross-functional experience:

Good knowledge of marketing strategy and strategic trade planning (distribution, merchandising, promotions & pricing programs,).  Good understanding of operational constraints and strong executional reflex.  Appreciation of legislation / taxation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry.  Proven people management skills, team player and vision of the business.  Self-driven to pursue the development and interests of direct reports and subordinates."                                                                                                                             

Languages & Computer Skills:                              

Fluent in English, written and spoken; Knowledgable in operating MS applications
