Field Marketing Executive:

 

The position shall work closely with the Territory Sales Officer in the identification and activation of the consumers.  He/She works closely with the Field Marketing Team (Field Marketing Supervisors, Brand Ambassadors & Merchandisers) to co-develop parameters in identifying the consumer and cascades the directions to his/her team.  He/She prepares territorial plans to be submitted to the Area Field Marketing Manager summed up per area, & ensures cost effective means to win/earn a consumer. 

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS                                                                                                              

 

                                                           

Education:                                           

High standard of university degree (required)MBA or equivalent educational background (desirable)

                                                                                                                                   

Work Experience:                               

1+  years relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions.  Both back office and regional experience required. Cross-functional experience.  Good knowledge of marketing strategy and strategic trade planning (distribution,merchandising, promotions & pricing programs,).  Good understanding of operational constraints and strong executional reflex.  Appreciation of legislation / taxation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry.  Proven people management skills, team player and vision of the business.  Self-driven to pursue the development and interests of direct reports and subordinates.                                                                                                                     

Languages & Computer Skills:         

Fluent in English, written and spoken.
