Branch Warehouse In-Charge
The Warehouse-in-Charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch warehouse. They ensure the completeness and accuracy of inventory at all times and maintain product quality by strictly applying company-standard processes, controls, and policies. The Warehouse-in-Charge is also accountable for ensuring the quality of all finished goods, including promptly filing and reporting any quality issues or concerns to Management.
As the Branch Warehouse In-Charge, you will be responsible for:

Branch Operations Management
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch warehouse.

Implement company operational standards, controls, and good warehousing practices to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Inventory Record Accuracy
-
Ensure 100% inventory record accuracy through seamless recording and monitoring of transactions in both SAP and subsystem platforms.

Perform regular cycle counts and participate in van inventory route settlements.

Product Quality Sustainability
-
Implement the First-to-Expire, First-to-Out (FEFO) policy.

Report slow-moving SKUs requiring rotation or sales program support to avoid expiration.

Ensure compliance with Quality Management Programs such as Beetle Count Index monitoring, Temperature and Relative Humidity (RH) checks, and quarterly General Pest Control activities.

Asset Management
-
Ensure compliance with asset maintenance management protocols to prolong asset usability.

Report conditions of damaged and/or disposed assets for appropriate action.

Environment, Health, and Safety Management
-
Act as the branch's Safety Officer (SO) and Pollution Control Officer (PCO).

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and environmental regulations (PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275).

Conduct risk assessments, regular safety inspections, safety training, and emergency preparedness activities.

Apply for, renew, and maintain necessary environmental permits; submit mandatory environmental reports; and monitor environmental activities in accordance with DENR AO 2014-02.

Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

People Management (if applicable)

Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of both direct and indirect reports.

Lead, mentor, and support the personal and professional growth of the team.

Requirements:
-
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or any related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations within a sales and distribution environment, preferably in the FMCG industry

Proficient in English, both verbal and written, and must be computer literate
-
Knowledge of SAP, particularly in STO and MIGO processing, is an advantage
