RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Business Transformation/Change Management: Serve as IT solutions subject matter expert (SME) for business transformation and change initiatives, collaborating with internal & external SMEs to define required solution(s) and to assess business impact as required
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with business process owner to provide overall guidance in the fit-gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Responsible for driving evaluation, selection, design and delivery of reliable, scalable & cost-effective solutions in line with company's standard and best practices.
  • Project Management: Serve as overall project owner, ensuring successful execution according to agreed budget & timeline which in line with business strategy & established global IT standards and best practices
  • People - Work with IT Lead to manage, coach, motivate and support team member to equipped with appropriate skills to ensure service delivery and further enhance overall team capabilities
  • Compliance & Governance: Provide change management governance and ensure solid business case on change requests, preserve solution integrity which in line with the underlying solution architecture
  • Vendor Management: Support and lead the evaluation & selection of qualified 3rd-party IT suppliers to support solution design & delivery
  • Business Relationship Management: Proactively engage with relevant business stakeholders to better understand commercial processes and leads to effectively formulate right solution strategy

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 5 - 8 years experience in IT discipline, preferable in FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge in new technology trends i.e. mobile applications development Cloud SAAS solutions, new generation Business Inteligence solutions (Tableau, Qlik, MS Power BI, Tibco, Spotfore, etc.)
  • Knowledge in solutions design and architecture (business applications and IT infrastructure), including but not limited to application design methodology i.e. Agile & Scrum methodology, interface design, capacity planning, scalability
  • Good knowledge in financial and budgeting
  • Experience handling medium to large scale projects
  • Able to work with ambiguity and "connect the dots"
  • Think creatively, innovative and challenge status quo
