Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external communications to ensure a professional and consistent perception of the company 
  • Strengthen the company’s brand and reputation towards all stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit high-quality communications instruments such as media releases, position papers, fact sheets, Q&As etc.
  • Organize media events and maintain and strengthen the network with media representatives and opinion leaders
  • Act as spokesperson and handle media inquiries
  • Represent the company in various associations and networks
  • Lead various projects related to social responsibility as a tobacco company

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • University or higher professional education degree in the field of communication
  • 5+ years of working experience in the field of external affairs and communications
  • Excellent verbal and written German and English skills, French is a plus 
  • Extensive experience of working with all relevant communications channels and tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Agile and independent approach to work with a can-do attitude
