For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, in the canton Lucerne, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual (f/m) for the permanent position as
Commercial Lawyer
In this position you will be reporting to the Legal Director. You are responsible to proactively advise the Swiss Entity (market & factory organization) on all legal matters affecting its operations in a manner that ensures compliance with the law and appropriate monitoring and management of legal risk.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review and provide negotiation support for a broad range of contracts (e.g. trading, purchasing, supply, distribution agreements etc.)
• Advise on competition law, product regulation, advertising, labelling, consumer protection, data protection and all other areas of law as necessary
• Conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staffs
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum a master’s degree in Swiss Law, admission to the Bar (in Switzerland) or LL.M. would be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in FMCG organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced language skills of written and spoken English and German, French is an advantage
• Independent, proactive, reliable and trustworthy team player
