Digital Consumer Activation Manager
In the role of Digital Consumer Activation Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Nordic Spirit’s digital consumer activation, defining and driving the digital activation strategy to deliver against agreed business objectives and KPIs.
You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to brand and marketing teams, translating brand strategy into prioritized, insight‑led digital activation programs, and ensuring digital is fully embedded as a core growth lever across planning, execution, and performance optimization.
Position
As a Digital Consumer Activation Manager, you will:

Own the end‑to‑end management of Nordic Spirit’s digital marketing touchpoints in Ireland, including social media, paid media, and eCRM/CRM

Lead and manage agency partners to deliver a seamless, high‑quality, and compliant consumer experience across all digital channels

Drive online consumer acquisition and engagement by effectively leveraging digital tools and platforms, supporting Nordicspirit.ie growth objectives

Develop and deliver consumer‑centric digital activation plans aligned to brand strategy and overall activation goals

Partner closely with offline activation teams and the Brand team to translate digital plans into integrated, in‑market executions

Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Legal, and M&S, maintaining full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Define KPIs and ROI/ROO targets for digital activations in collaboration with Strategic Insights, CEM, and Commercial Planning

Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance, proactively identifying insights, optimisation opportunities, and business impact

Own day‑to‑day management of the Digital Consumer Activation budget, including forecasting, PO administration, spend tracking, and re‑phasing

Lead structured planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication across planning cycles to enable informed decision‑making
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Digital Marketing or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing and brand activation
- Strong experience in digital marketing/activation (planning, execution, optimization)
- Demonstrated capability with performance measurement and analytics (dashboards, attribution/measurement thinking)
- Experience running experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-led optimization)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Excellent planning, briefing, and project management skills
