Brand Marketing Associate

 

In this role, you will support the execution of marketing programs by coordinating materials, tracking activities and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with Global Marketing Principles and local regulations. 
This role enables the team to deliver timely campaigns and accurate reporting, keeping processes simple, efficient, and accountable. The role also supports the Brand team with administrative tasks, including PO creation and GRIR management as required.

 

Position:

  • Marketing Support
    Coordinate campaign and content delivery workflows including agency briefs, timelines, assets and approvals, aligning with legal/CA&C guidance and Global Marketing Principles.
  • Campaign Monitoring
    Build and keep up‑to‑date trackers and reports covering campaign status, spend and performance. 
    Maintain trackers and reports for campaign progress, budget usage, and basic KPIs by collecting and standardizing data from agencies and stakeholders.
    Prepare reporting documents for stakeholder meetings including CPM.
  • Operational Excellence
    Support the Brand team in preparation for meetings, discussions with global functions and Annual & Strategic Planning (ASP) preparation. 
    Document key actions and follow‑ups,  keep shared repositories organized with clear, consistent naming. 
    Validate digital assets for go‑live (correct file specs, working links, required disclaimers) in line with guidance. 
    Streamline ways of working by simplifying templates and embedding standard processes across recurring tasks.
  • Budget Administration
    Raise purchase orders and manage the GRIR process ensuring timely receipt of invoices, PODs and supporting documentation from vendors and suppliers. 
    Ensure accurate and timely updates to the Marketing Operations Budget file on a monthly basis and support as required during budget re-phasing exercises.

 

Requirements:

(recent graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply)
  • 3rd‑level Business Qualification or equivalent (advantageous)

  • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing coordination, project support, or agency/account support

    • Experience within FMCG or regulated industries is a plus

  • Experience with SAP, particularly working with POs and invoicing (advantageous but not essential)

  • Excellent command of English

  • Strong PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Solid project coordination and time‑management capabilities

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and consistent follow‑up discipline

  • Ability to perform basic reporting (Excel/Sheets) and create presentations (PowerPoint/Slides)

  • Familiarity with marketing asset specifications and approval processes

  • High attention to detail

  • Understanding of compliance requirements in marketing communications (aligned with Global Marketing Principles)
