Trade Activation Manager - Middle East Cluster

 

As a Trade Activation Manager, you will play a key role in driving market growth by designing and executing trade activation programs across both online and offline channels. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative initiatives that strengthen B2B engagement, boost sell-out performance, and expand the consumer base. This role requires balancing creativity with compliance, ensuring all activities are impactful, measurable and aligned with corporate strategy. 

 

 

Position:

  • Trade Strategy: Lead the development of trade strategies for assigned Middle East markets in collaboration with Sales, aligning with cluster goals, global trends, and regulatory requirements.

  • B2B Digital Trade Engagement: Drive rollout and management of the digital trade engagement platform across GCC markets, creating engaging online programs and monitoring performance metrics.

  • Trade Activation Programs: Design and implement innovative trade activation campaigns, supporting Sales teams with planning, execution, and maintaining a detailed activation calendar. Continuously monitor program mechanics to ensure effectiveness and maximize ROI from all trade initiatives.

  • Budget Management: Plan, manage, and optimize Trade Marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and full compliance with internal policies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Commercial Planning, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated trade marketing plans and ensure successful program execution.



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in trade or consumer marketing within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong project management, Consumer/trade promotions management and financial analysis skills.

  • Experience in B2B digital platforms and engagement strategies is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent English and ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.
